I was pleasantly surprised by the ironing facilities available at the hotel, which were a lifesaver for me as I had some important documents to prepare for my meeting the next day. the electric kettle in the room was a convenient touch that made me feel right at home. the manager's exceptional attention to detail and the overall outstanding customer service truly exceeded my high expectations, making my stay at the hotel a truly exceptional experience.
